The city is home to some of the largest hospital networks, specialty practices, and long-term care centers in the country. As our new Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to tap into one of the region’s most dynamic markets.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new business across hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
- Building lasting relationships with decision-makers in Nashville’s growing medical and facilities landscape
- Creating strategic plans to meet goals and expand Waste Medic’s footprint in the Southeast
- Partnering with our operations team to ensure seamless service implementation

What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have 2+ years of sales experience, especially in healthcare or facilities
- Are based in the Greater Nashville Area
- Are confident, motivated, and passionate about helping clients solve real problems
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Know the importance of regulatory standards and compliance in healthcare (or are eager to learn)
Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive and familiarity with medical sales is a plus.
